How the One Rep Max Calculator can help you decide on the right training loads
The One rep max calculator can be used to arriving at the maximum strength of any individual based upon the number of repititions of an exercise and the amount of weight lifted while executing the repititions. The most common exercise for calculating one rep max is the bench press, eventhough any exercise can be used.
